HUGE cap hit if they jettison him next season. I pretty much believe he'll be here for at least 2 more seasons.

If you turn him into a pocket passer, he won't be Kyler anymore and you take away one of his best gifts.

I think we both agree though that we want him to run less.
I don't think he will or should become a pure pocket passer. I think he must become comfortable in the pocket, though. Without that, he will never be the QB we need him to be.

Maturity has got to improve. If the new coaching staff conducts itself in a professional, business-like manner it will, IMHO, help him enormously. KK’s lack of professional approach was a detriment to KM (and, well, the entire roster) as (up to this point) KM has looked underprepared too often.
