We are looking to try something different and have a member of a rival team come in and answer questions that opposing fans have regarding your team.

No flaming, no personal attacks, just looking for someone who might be interested in talking football with the opposing teams fans.

The idea was tossed around recently to have fans from opposing teams to come in and answer questions regarding the opposing team.

I thought it was an interesting idea and figured we could try it out.

The forum which will be used for the Q&A has yet to be set up, but the site is ramsbuzz(dot)com

Yeah, that'd work... I did something similar at the beginning of last season (the first 3 or 4 games) before I got too busy (and we started sucking).

I registered on their board.. seems like their regulars are skeptical about inviting the enemy in and dealing with trolling/smack talk..

C'mon over -- they also recruited someone from the Cards main board. As long as we keep it civil, I bet they won't mind the multiple perspectives.

Early reports (in camp) are that Austin is as advertised. Extremely quick and elusive.

Everyone keeps hoping that Brian Quick will be the man to develop. He has all the tools to be a number #1 but still seems to be at times over his head again this year.

Even including Austin, the Rams have a stable of #2/3 receivers and are still lacking a true #1

As soon as the pads came on in camp, reports are that Jake Long has manhandled Robert Quinn.

I guess there are two ways of looking at it.

A. Long has returned to his pro bowl self
B. Robert Quinn is a one trick pony that relies purely on speed which Long has been able to negate.

I think all Rams fans have some level of uncertainty when it comes to the health of Jake Long. Like the cards, we have had a revolving door of players filling in on the line and have been unable to find any continuity. Adding Jake Long to the mix certainly doesn't ease anyone's fears.
