I have been thinking of this song all week, I still have actaul single on cassette, the actual one released. I also have another tape(how funny does that sound) of thiers

Yeah...I actually remember when that song was first released...Lord doesnt it seem like ages ago? It still even manages to crack me up today because it sounds to bizarre.... IIRC.. "Deeper Shade of Soul" was receiving a lot of airplay when Technotronic was still in heavy rotation on most radio station's playlist, so I would listen to the radio quite a bit and would just dance around with my James Brown shuffle....Those were the days because wow.. just think of the dance oriented music that was on the radio circa '88-'92..... I could just sit here and list them all, but that's for an entirely different thread....

Oh wow...that's awesome.... of course... I will refrain for commenting further on this subject in fear that I would have my mod-privs revoked! :D

Thanks for sharing all of those and please feel free to add more....

I loved "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm" and also the Weird Al version as well....

"Ordinary World" was he best song Duran Duran released that didnt have the "Original Fab 5" members..... That song was quite a comeback for them especially since they were struggling to come up with a hit for several years, but definitely scored with that one.... I'll never forget how amazed I was the first time I heard it on the radio........
