I selected Clowney, as a JJ Watts/Clowney DL could be scary. I actually think there is a trade down here and that could be with the Browns. They only move down 3 spots and could still get Clowney by doing so. 3 QBs could be top 3 picks.

I agree, only they stay put and take him. They won't risk the Rams taking him. This is contingent on signing or trading for a QB prior to the draft. If they don't add a QB they go with Johnny football---which is what i think they should do anyway, but the Texans have a history of bypassing QBs in the draft.

Johnny Football. The little guy is going to stay deep in the heart of Texas. The Texans need some excitement in the offseason if they plan on generating ticket sales. Plus for no other reason I don't want the Cardinals to draft one of the biggest draft bust NFL History.

One would think Manziel would set the whole state on fire.

I do think he will be a success in the NFL if he can learn to duck under hits rather than take them on as he did in college.

The Texans can wait a year on QB. Maybe O'Brien can fine tune Keenum or Yates. I suspect either Clowney or trade down where they can grab Watkins. Manziel is so perfect for that scenario. Watch Bridgewater fall.

Mitch ducking should not be a problem for manzeil. I do agree with you on taking hits. He wouldn't last a half a season with his style of play.

The rams take Jake Mathews. Speaking of QB's who can't take a hit, The Rams need to keep Sam Bradford up-right. Mathews can get the job done.

Commentary..........hmm.

I know the starter of this thread doesn't like this guy :D

Why Bridgewater ?

- Ready for the NFL
- Good arm
- Good mobility
- Great at understanding the game
- Good pre-snap
- Even better post-snap
- Makes excellent decisions
- Accurate, and good touch on the ball
- Tough as nails, haven't seen many QBs tougher than this guy.

I know it is the "wrong move", so it deserves some crazy smilies but, if I am running the Caridnals.

This year's 1st, and next year's 1st, and what ever else from this year's draft so the Cardinals can trade up and select Bridgewater.

Thus if the Houston Texans need a QB ? Yeah, easy choice. If I were them I would have already gotten the contract sorted out.

Houston just fired their Player Personnel Director and head scout. Either this is Bill O'Brien's team or the owner wants to meddle.
