Not worried. GB beat our backups and this team seems to thrive on the type of public negativity we're going to hear all week. Instead of being happy with a 10 win season this next week is going to sound a lot like last year's "worst playoff team ever." Everyone is going to be telling them they have no shot at beating the Packers. We're going to see some pissed off, motivated Cardinals next weekend.

As far as the injuries, I don't DRC is hurt too bad and Boldin walked off the field so he should be able to play.

absolutely worried. not because we lost, but because we didn't show up. arrogance? lazy? mismanaged moment? doesn't matter. we screwed the pooch with respect to momentum, and momentum is a huge factor in making a run. last year's miraculous run, on some level, is giving the impression that it we can do it again. that we can afford to put forth today's weak effort and bounce back yet again for three games.

not only am i worried, i'm bummed.

I'll be worried if DRC can't play...I KNOW Boldin will play...you'd have to amputate his foot to get him to sit out.

As far as the Packers. I'm as worried as I am any time we play a good team...and the Packers are a good team.

Not Worried....

WORRYING about ANYTHING is a waste of time. Leads to ulcers. :(If we had WON 40-0 today ONLY to lose next week's play-off game 33-7, would a week of having "felt good" about our chances matter?? We're in the Play-offs! We over-came quite a bit just to get here. We have a "shot". I can't ask for ANYTHING more! GO CARDS! :D

That's the ONLY thing about this week besides the injuries that bothers me.

People pay great money to watch these games, it's a business, if someone serving you decided to take the day off because they were in the playoffs you'd be pissed about the money and be lying if you said you weren't.

Still that stuff happens in the NFL the last game can either be priceless or useless and this was the useless variety.

As to the Packers, they're a good team you worry about every good team in the playoffs it's one and done baby, time to let it rip.

I'm more annoyed at having to watch the fat ass packer fans on TV gloating, after every touchdown, like they just won the superbowl.

Man I hope we take it to them next week.

Other than the injuries, I'm not worried. Smug fatty McCarthy and Smug ******* Rodgers didn't see one iota of what they will next week.

Let me ask the question the other way:

would you be more worried if we were the 33-7 winners??

Level of worry just increased hearing CC may be out next week. That will hurt badly.

regardless of today -- I always worry about games

that being said:

Is anyone really surprised? If there is one thing that is an absolute lock on this team is that when the stakes aren't high, this team just doesn't play well.

With Minny up big at the half, I seriously questioned if I should go to the game. I saw this coming 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

You better believe I'm worried. You can not just dismiss this beatdown as resting players, you just can't. While it's true that we in fact did sit a lot of key starters down, this is the second time we've gotten served starters against starters. We tried to blow that that pre-season beatdown off as well, which had me up in arms. Face it, ones against ones, it hasn't even been close.

Hopefully this isn't like the Niners were they just match up well against us. Going to be tougher if we aren't full strength.

I heard that teams meeting for a 3rd time in one season: 12 wins 6 defeats

Easily understand why everyone is so worried. But I would be more worried if we blew the Packers out for the same score.

Had that of happened, I think there would be a lot of outcry here that we played our starters way too long or that we opened up the playbook too wide, setting ourselves up for disappointment next week.

That's exactly what Green Bay did today.

Aaron Rodgers and Ryan Grant were in there for a long time as were Jennings and Driver. Many of their defensive players, mainly their linebackers, played significant minutes.

The play calling for the Packers seemed very aggressive, like they were playing for a playoff spot, which they already had. I was astounded with all of the blitz packages and pass routes they were running. In contrast, our approach was very vanilla. We were running basic routes for example, the many check downs that were run. Also, many of our defensive players were quickly yanked in the first quarter. I was concerned when I saw Ryan Grant carving up our defense, until I realized that he was going up against the likes of Beisel and Walker.

The only thing that really concerns me are the injuries to DRC, Boldin and CC. It doesnt look like CC is going to play, unless they heavily cast his thumb. It seems like DRC and Boldin will each play, but their performance will have to be monitored.

Because Green Bay played their starters for a while and opened up the playbook on us, it gives Whis and Co. plenty of film to study. Whis admitted as much in a post game interview on the radio and sounded calm and collected about the situation. I think he is happy that the game played out the way it did. Im sure he is going to use this not only as a learning tool, but also as a motivational tool. He'll probably play on the players' emotions a bit, especially on the fact that they got embarrassed. Also, you have to believe that the Packers will approach next weeks game a little overconfident.

Honestly, there would be much more upheaval if we blew them out. This was clearly treated like a preseason game and only fools would tip their cards in a poker game.

I am just waiting to see those cheese heads down leaving UofP next Sunday
after Vikings game, I expected to see what we saw today
I dunno but I felt we lost on purpose to avoid playing against Eagles in Philly if they won

Not worried, this was a preseason game for all intents and purposes. Not worried at all. DRC is ok (if he was out, I'd be terrified), Q will play and I'm positive CC will too. In fact, this asswhooping is awesome in the respect that it will probably motivate guys like Dock who were "held back" by the gameplan this week.

I watched almost EXACTLY what I expected to see...I thought it was a great time, very funny, especially watching Packer fans act like it was important. Most of those guys won't be at the game Sunday...and I was actually surprised that there weren't MORE packer fans in the first place.
