Arians lost coach of the year!!!

Today Arians sucked as a play caller... with a 3rd string QB in there. Awful, AWFUL plays were called. You can't run the same offense when you have a legit QB as when you have a guy claimed off of another team's practice squad yet he attempted to. Run the ball... Lindley is awful.

It's really not even worth arguing...Some people polish a turd and see a gem, while the rest of us still see the same turd...granted it's a little cleaner, but it's still a turd. Lindley and Thomas were both turds and no amount of polish from BA, or any other coach, was going to change that this season.

Yep. This. It is what it is. I was hoping that Lindley could manage to not lose the game for us. Those were my high hopes....and for the most part he played great (for him).

Could be BA was thinking Cards could play well enough to stay in the game and then maybe catch a break or two.Unfornately Ginn screwed up and then Lindley.Too much to overcome late.

Bruce Arians doesn’t “buy into” injuries factoring into Cardinals loss

Arizona averaged 1.7 yards per play on Saturday and the Panthers actually had more penalty yards than the Cardinals mustered on offense in one of the worst showings in playoff history. With Lindley offering no threat to opposing defenses and leaving a good performance by the defense to mean nothing, it seemed clear that a season-long run of injuries finally caught up with Arizona.

“We have to make game plans to win games and ask players to do things we think they are capable of doing to win games,” Arians said, via the team’s website. “These guys overcame. This was a great season. We didn’t miss any kind of opportunity. Other than scoring that touchdown down there.”

They said on ESPN yesterday that the COY votes are already in---thus, I think it is safe to say BA is going to win it. He deserves it.

What a stupid thread. Arians' performance this year has been nothing short of legendary. Name any other coach or organization that could have marched into the playoffs given the same carnage. I'd be surprised if it weren't unanimous.

Even during yesterday and the Seattle disasters, the team was in both games late, it should not have been nearly that close. They were even up at halftime despite only 60 yards of offense. Coaching should get some credit here.

What BA says is like New England weather...as Mark Twain said, just wait 10 minutes and it will change.

BA isn't going to make any waves during the exit interviews.

He and SK will do everything they can to try to make the team stronger.

Why would you be sad? Palmer will be back by TC, so we'll have competent QB play again.

Guarantee had Palmer stayed healthy all year, this team is 13-3 and playing next week.
