Saw it scroll on the bottom line. Here’s a tweet from Schefter.

I'm trying to find confirmation from other sources. Nothing yet.

Rotoworld citing Schefter.

Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians has retired.

No matter how it is announced, a coach very rarely unilaterally decides to step down, but that seems to be the case here. Despite back-to-back disappointing seasons, the Cardinals would have been happy to see Arians return, but the 65-year-old coach is stepping away after dealing with multiple health issues over the last several seasons including kidney cancer. Arians’ decision could prompt similar ones from Larry Fitzgerald and Carson Palmer, who flirt with retirement after every season at this point in their careers. With the coach out the door, the No. 1 receiver potentially following him, and long-term questions at quarterback even if Palmer decides to return, the Cardinals are at a crossroads.

I would have to think more sources will be reporting on it soon.

Adios Amos! But this is awful if Fitz leaves. What does everyone think will Happen with Fitz and Palmer

PEOPLE!! Get your heads out of your butts! He's been "retired" since last season. I assume it was a compromise with his family that he would only do one more year.

There will be a lot of dominoes that start falling, some we may not like.

Wow. I’m pretty sad about this. BA brought us back to relevancy, he made being a cards fan cool. His offense in 15 was a thing of beauty. Remember how it felt when we were on offense and we basically knew we were going to score? That team could do whatever they wanted and it worked. My favorite cardinals regular season probably ever.

Congrats BA. You've earned it. And if there's a positive about this, expect Jones and Bettcher to be shown the door. Maybe we can get competent coordinators now.
