It's been quite some time since the Wildcats started a season 3-4. Guess they are finding out that the Big 12 is MUCH different than the Pac-12. Hope reigns supreme - but it is not looking good. They will need to run off 10 or so wins in a row to climb back into the top 25.

I believe our recent loss to West Virginia is the only Big 12 opponent we've faced thus far so I don't think that's the problem. We have struggled this season but we've also played a very strong pre-conference schedule and yeah, we still have the tough conference games to come.

One of the weirder games I've seen in ages. UCLA goes about 15 minutes with 10 points total, then Arizona can't score almost at all for the last 9 minutes and UCLA wins it.

Obviously Krivas is a big loss, also thought the shot selection by UA was terrible, the two 3's by Veesar, the turnaround contested 3 by Caleb Love. Those shots got UCLA back in the game.

Nice win, I still don't think UCLA has enough offense to do much this year, Dom Harris not panning out has been a problem, but the defense is definitely good.

I still like KJ Lewis but he's been a big letdown this year for you guys

I haven’t been watching cause they have no upside but Tommy needs to land Peat/Arenas at this point or he may be toast by the end of the 26’ season. He’s never made an E8 and this roster is an abomination.

This state is seemingly only allowed to have one good team at a time… be it college and pro.

Yup. If he missed on Koa/Burries, then it’s pretty much hopeless for him

FWIW we're being told you guys are co leader with Alabama for Burries who I personally think is better than Arenas. UCLA is in it but it's probably coming down to who throws the most NIL at him.

The 2 big surprises for me on UA this year is Townsend and Lewis. I think everyone assumed because Townsend played so well against UK, the jump to this level wouldn't be too big for him but seems it is.

Burries should be in college already he’s 18 months older than Arenas. The OJ Mayo formula.

Yep he'll be 20 in September 25. If you think both are 1 and done I prefer Burries but probably not a surprise if Arenas has a better college career he may not be a 1 and done.

How can you get paid to play basketball and not be able to shoot a three pointer. They can’t even hit the rim. Krivas is dodo it might have been worse with him.

Lloyd won't make it through his contract. If the Wildcats don't finish a few games over .500, he may be gone at the end of this year if there are other "name" coaches available.

Wow. I’m surprised at the shots at Lloyd. Yea he’s been a disappointing tournament coach, but other than this year he’s consistently elevated the program from where it was.
