I think they'd already budgeted for Burries, IIRC. But I think they have the $$ for Henri and either Carter or KJ. Tommy's trying to keep Henri and Carter. He's letting KJ walk
I figured Henri was gone. The timing for Carter is inconvenient b/c he’ll go thru the draft stuff before his decision. Paging LeBron for some help.

Agree. Needs to bag drop for getting his mid-major son into a high major program.

Interesting. I really wonder how these kids make their decisions. I guess he thinks he’ll get peavy’s minutes and green light. Always had high hopes for kj. Loved his defense and hard work. Always seemed underwhelming offensively. Good signing for my Hoyas who haven’t had a ton success in the portal.

Appreciate the heads up!

The difference between a good and great team. The B12 is going to be absurd next year.

Burries will be interesting to watch we all wanted him at UCLA but all had the same caveat, he's one of those old for his class physically strong kids so will he hit the ground running in college because of that, or does it mean his play in HS was in part due to just overpwering kids? That was the concern we had with Trent Perry and it kind of bore out this year, another kid who was a 20 year old freshman.

I always thought Peat was the ideal recruit because he's an undersized 4 who's not quick enough to play the 3 so I figured he'd stay in school awhile but now I've read he's a 1 and done, at least that's the plan, so I guess that went out the window. he's the right age, if Bryant comes back I'm not sure he and Peat can play together neither one is a 4, but nice problem to have

I’m higher on Peat than Burries. If Burries can be an adequate starter that’s fine for a freshman. Peat comes with the physicality and pedigree of a kid that can handle the B12 right away. Awaka and Krivas are adequate bigs. If Carter comes back it’s less pressure on everyone.

Peat is not gonna be a great pro prospect because he’s a tweener forward but could be nice in college

I’d imagine the local aspect being the story here since he went to Salpointe.

if he's teh kid I'm thinking of and I think he is, TP was actually fairly high on him. Not that he was as good as Dent but that if UCLA didn't get Dent and needed another PG, he would be a good get. Pretty sure that's the kid
