The Brewers game all over again. This is the type of game that can put a team into a dark funk for a few weeks.
Torey has undying loyalty for underperforming veterans - just like Mike Matheny did in St. Louis a few years ago. Torey is a terrible in game manager, just like Matheny. Mantiply should immediately be DFA'd to send a message that underperformance will not be tolerated - whether it is from a veteran or a rook. Worst loss of the year, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. Let's just hope the DBacks either make the playoffs or miss them by more than a game. I just don't see how letting someone arbitrarily determine who gets the win and who gets the save is better than letting the long standing rules dictate it.
