My favorite White Sox futility stat...

If you eliminate the 14-game losing streak AND the 20-game losing streak, their record would be 27-53.

That Win Pct (.338) would STILL be lowest in the majors. It's beyond belief.

The Chicago White Sox have named Grady Sizemore as their interim manager after firing Pedro Grifol earlier today. The team said it plans to name a permanent replacement after the regular season ends.

Sizemore was a three-time All-Star with Cleveland over a 10-year career.

Members of the Nats media determined that they had used 19 third baseman since Anthony Rendon left.

So I looked this up.

The Angels have used 28 third basemen since they signed Rendon.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. is likely headed to the IL with a left UCL injury. Club is attempting to determine severity and if surgery will be needed.

They even have 13 more runs than the highest AL team (Yankees). This offense is legit. Tack Sewalds 4 blown saves up in the win column and AZ is basically neck and neck with Dodgers. Get even 2 or 3 of Torreys bad pitching decisions back and AZ is likely the best team in the NL.
