Here's video of it. I have never seen Goldy that frustrated or expressive ever, wow!

From the left field wall I could tell he was in tilt mode, just wasn't sure if it was on the call, or at himself looking. From my angle it was thigh high.

The Gub & Bert both liked seeing it. Got to get it out of your system eventually!

Wow... Never thought I would see that from Goldy. But he did look totally lost at the plate last nite...

I'm in fear every time I see someone do this in the dugout. Just waiting for the bat to splinter and impale someone. Saw this once in HS baseball when my son played, a kid took the meat of the bat to his head and gashed him.

Goldys wife needs to hurry up and have that baby! . This dude needs a break and you can tell the stress is getting to him. All us dads can relate. When my ex wife was ready to have our first baby I was a wreck that whole week. Every time a phone rang I would jump out of my seat.

A couple days off with some baby bliss will be great for him.

The team as a whole looks shot... That sweep of the Reds was their last gasp... Swept by the Cards and now one inning away from losing 2 of 3 to that A's, cementing their departure from the post season picture... Feels like they are in "playing out the string" mode... Bummer...

I don't see how this team is a year away. Sure they score a lot of runs but their team ERA is 10th in the NL. I'd be a lot more optimistic if it was the other way around.

The Cardinals are 11th in scoring and 1st in ERA and they're 35 games over .500.

Also how do you explain crap like this? Robbie Ray has an ERA of 3.86 and a record of 3-10 for a team that scores 4.5 runs per game?

This team is fun to watch but this staff is not a year away and I don't think adding one starter like Price makes them a playoff contender.
