I prefer a live draft.

If folks can't make it, their pre-rankings will auto-draft for them anyways.

Wow 18 teams. With the reversing draft order, it's almost better to get a lower draft position so you can get 2 quality scorers rather than a high position where you get 1 good guy and a bunch of garbage.

I prefer a live draft either after 6pm on weekdays or anytime on the weekend.
