Notable Films: Enter The Dragon, Bloodsport, Double Impact, Shootfighter series.

Mini Bio: Impressively built Asian actor with background in weightlifting, bodybuilding and martial arts who has carved a niche for himself as one of the great "bad guys" of Asian martial arts cinema appearing in over 50 movies to date. Usually found menacing the hero, or enforcing the will of some vicious crime lord, Bolo Yeung has appeared alongside Lieh Lo, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Jean-Claude Van Damme. Although much of Bolo's work has been production line "chop socky" low budget martial arts films, he remained in high demand for over 25 years, right through the early boom years of martial arts cinema in the 1970s, and on until the late 1990s. Undoubtedly, a principal on-screen figure in the history of martial arts cinema.

Notable Films: Enter The Dragon, The Last Samurai (1990).

Mini Bio: A motion picture actor, specializing in action films. He was top-billed in his most famous film Enter the Dragon, although that film's main actor was Bruce Lee. He has a black-belt in Karate.

These two had a "classic" fight in the film Enter The Dragon.

The fight begins with a flurry of kicks, strikes and blocks, and Saxon is the first to go down. Unusually, Bolo follows him to the ground and slides into a crossover arm bar. Saxon needs to escape quickly or his arm will be snapped at the elbow. Luckily for him, Bolo's leg is in entirely the wrong position and Roper has no qualms about clamping his teeth down onto the beefy calf. The body building Chinese fighter resists this for several seconds before the pain become unbearable, and he staggers away, clutching his leg.

Saxon again demonstrates that he is quite comfortable at street fighting and kicks him while he is bent over, and Bolo, in desperation, ducks low and lifts Roper up for a power slam.

Saxon finally realizes that in a grappling contest he is going to lose, so he changes his tactics to circle around his opponent, and keeps his distance. This allows him to pepper poor old Bolo with some weakeners, and then finish him with the nastiest blow known to Kung Fu.
Yes, he forcefully throws a kick up into Bolo's ********, smashing them up through his body and into his mouth by the look of his expression.
For a terrible moment of time he remains doubled up, tenderly holding his pulverized scrotum, and then, mercifully, neurogenic shock kicks in and he slumps over, defeated at last.

Go John Saxon. He is "crafty." I think he will win by kicking Bolo in the bolos.

Q: Does Saxon has the ability & street smarts to "git 'er done!" once again against Bolo?

A: Sadly, yes.

For all the Man-Love I have for Bolo, he is always #2 in every film! Bolo just can't ever put it together against the tougher opponents.

Saxon knows what it takes to win, and pulls off the upset again!

If John Saxon ever karate-chopped Freddy Krueger, then maybe he'd get my vote. But for now, Bolo is da man!
