Use the pre-season to choose each player's role, then stick with it from the start of the season . . . unless or until you find that it's just not working.
Whether the Suns or D'backs, it's been frustrating for the fans (and, from what we read, the players) coming to the game, not knowing what their roll will be that night.
And a coaching staff that chooses its lineup to try to match up with that night's opponent, instead of going with your best rotation which has built chemistry, game after game.
The strong teams make the opponent match up to you. And, this year, the Suns just might be able to do that. I hope they do.
