Yes one time fee is how I’ve always played it.... I don’t think this many people would’ve entered thinking it’s a ongoing commitment... lol

Well, many survivor leagues do pay every week (as long as you win) since people seem to drop out quickly. I was just going by what I read on this post. So just keep the extra $5 I sent you.
