I think Woodley MUST be atop our wish list. And, knowing what we do about our FO, there is absolutely no way we'd bring in two top-price FAs.

I think he is atop our list, but I think Pittsburgh is atop his list and he is probably atop Pittsburgh's list so it's a pipe dream.

Why would the Cards pay massive money for him when they have bigger needs at QB, OL, LB and TE in particular.

Just so I understand this-----he accomplished nothing this past year that would have shown his abilities, and because of that, he is going to be one of the highest paid defensive player on someone else's team next year. Am I missing something here?????

Nobody throws at him. It's unreal, you watch a Raiders game and you forget he's on the field because they just stay away from him.

The secondary was ripped to shreds continuously. We must have given up the most 20+ yard pass plays in the league.

At this point give me a solid corner and a new saftey.

After QB the secondary and then the OL are top priorities along with a vet who can bring some pressure from the outside or middle.

One of my biggest beefs this year is that we got NO penetration from the middle, not even much on blitzes. Dockett needs more help up the middle on passing downs. That will soften the edges some too.

And why did the secondary get killed?

Because the Cards got no pressure on the QB and the offense couldn't get any first down resulting in the defense to be on the field most of the time.

He was thrown at like 30 times this season, you can't look just at stats and judge corner play. Qb's throw to his side of the field twice a game, he is as lockdown as it gets.

Why would he leave the Raiders and come to a worse team? He wants a shot at a championship. Cardinals can't provide that.

After getting rid of Cable neithier can the Raiders. Asomugha has spent his entire career with the Raiders and the Raider havn't done nothing since they were in the Super-Bowl. Asomugha reminds of Aneas Williams situation with the Cardinals. Great corner on an bad team. The Cardinals need Asomugha in the worst way. I do agree the Cardinals need to bring a pass rush. I also believe that Campbell and Dockett will step up their play. I really do believe the Cardinals will not have another tanked season.

Signing Asomugha will be a step in the right direction. I will add that if a 7-9 record can win this division that free agents will want to sign with one of the nfc west teams. So pray that he doesn't sign with the 49ers.
