Well, Colorado doesn't look that impressive, dropping their first game to Colorado State and eeking out a road win @ U Mass. DJ Foster and co. should be able to put up a ton of yards on the ground. Hopefully the D and special teams can show improvement and we can stay injury free heading into next week.

Prediction:
ASU: 64
Co: 17

So what kind of point spread would qualify for winning big?

Last week, they won by 35 and that didn't impress anyone around here.

Unfortunately, in college, style points do matter... So that 35 point win was not a particularly stylish win.

They will need to demonstrate that they are a complete team. Particularly against hyper-inferior talent, that they can move the ball on the ground and through the air consistently and with little regard for the defense. And that when on defense, they can inflict their will however and whenever they choose...
Honestly, they haven't done that in these first two games against incredibly inferior teams. In order to impress the "experts", they will need to do this against Colorado...

Nothing they do against Colorado will matter and it shouldn't. The game after that is UCLA, winning that game will say a whole lot more than a 35 point win over Colorado will.

I'm really glad the Devils opened with 3 stinkers. They definitely need the practice.

I don't care who they impress as long as they get better and win.

ASU has no chance at getting into the playoff. They just need to worry about Ws.

A somewhat close game in Bolder might set them up better for the Uclans.

I just worry about the Sun Devils winning no matter who the opponent.

Yeah it's important we kick their butt. As we know College Football is completely different to NFL. You lose once and basically you're on the outside looking in for the BCS or now playoff. I guess it's possible a two loss team goes in, but if we have two losses, they'll pick a bigger name school over us, and would be a good shot at the same with one loss. To get in, we need to be undefeated.

So yeah we need to blow out the crappy teams, which is why the Lobos game was frustrating. Hurts that chance, and lowered realistic expectations of what we can do against the big boys. As long as we're blowing people out we have hope.

But we still have a chance. Not a very good one, but we have the schedule to get in. We play a bunch of ranked teams. We just need to win them. Which again after the Lobos game, doesn't look as promising.

Still though we have a young defense and it's possible it jells over the next few weeks. But it has a long way to go.

I just checked Cox guide, and that's all I'm seeing. Channel 1330 for HD 330 for SD.

Just ESPNU which I believe is available online as well via ESPN.com

Asu should win by 3 Tds or more. Hopefully this isn't a let down game before bye week and then the big UCLA game. I hope UCLA beats Texas in Texas today, so it makes the game on the 25th even more exciting.

Texas is in total meltdown mode.

Hundley hurt is left arm and is out. Its tied 3-3 so far in 2nd. Wow.

Turned the game on late and saw that Neuheisel was in at QB. Took me awhile to figure out that they weren't showing a clip of an old game.

Although they are up 38-17 going into the 4th, I'm not pleased with the way they are playing. It seems like Taylor Kelly isn't aware of any other players on the field not named Foster or Strong. The defense is tackling horribly. Time after time the first man is not getting his man down and the Buff's are getting ALOT of yards after first contact.
