He just signed a 3 year deal worth 1M+ a year at ASU, he is not leaving yet. Not with the team that's likely coming back

Eh, extensions don’t mean much any longer. If a job opened and was offered that he liked he would leave. About the only thing stopping that would be any buyout he would have to pay to go.

Having said that, I sense he is happy in his current situation and it would have to be the right job for him to consider leaving.
