The Atlanta Braves general manager opened up about the team's offseason moves during the Chop Fest event at Truist Park on Saturday. The Braves, who are owned by Liberty Media Corp., head into this season with their highest Opening Day payroll in the team history after bolstering their bullpen from last season and acquiring new position players like catcher Travis d'Arnaud and left fielder Marcell Ozuna through free agency.
