What attack. Nothing more then I can do is just delete the spam when it happens. All gone for now.

Gotta make money somehow.

This level of spamming is always there, I think I heard one of the moderators say the board software was updated, and the controls changed.

So the standard, "If it ain't broke, make sure to fix it and make it new, not better, but new" applies here.

The older forum software would have allowed the 100s of spammer in that are now being blocked with the new forum software. Yes some are getting in, but whatever mod is saying this doesn't know what they are talking about.

Total speculation on my part. I mod'ed a board for a while, and an update screwed me like this.

So, pardon my ignorance, no one said anything of the sort. Keep up the good work, BTW.

What if you closed registration and only opened it for an hour each week? Put a message on the site stating that fact. Then you could just monitor during that hour.
