I'd hang onto Ryland on age alone. Prater is a geezer and isn't long for the league, one way or another. Ryland may have a bright future, let's give him the chance for it to happen here.

yeah we're seeing why Ryland was still out there with a good leg, he's just not consistent enough yet.

But I'd probably bring him back next year unless someone better falls in our lap. Coach him up, certainly not the first young kicker to take awhile

I hope we have a kicking competition in the off season at least.

Jonathan Gannon was asked again today if he thinks K Matt Prater, who had surgery on his left knee back in October to repair the meniscus, will play again this season. He didn't give specifics on a timeline for Prater."I hope so," Gannon said. "I mean, we'll see how it goes. He's getting better day-by-day. We will take it one day at a time and go from there."
