Avatars and such...?

All I see are red x's on most pages where little icons and some avatarss are supposed to be, it's been like this for a few days...is just just me or did I miss something?

Also for the Semi-micro theme, the icons for "newest post", etc are not working.

On the smiley drop down menu all you see is the red x with a description next to it.
