YES.... I was praying to god that it wasn't Drew, Q, or Upton when I opened the article on ESPN.com. Who is Rocha?? Is he any good?

This is from 'Baby Backs: The Next Generation':

21-year-old Rocha, a free agent signing from the Dominican Republic in 2002, pitched at South Bend and Yakima last season. He started the season at South Bend where he struggled to a 2-1 record with a 6.98 ERA in 13 games, 9 starts. He struggled with control, striking out 43 in 40 innings but also walking 36. After being sent down, he made 15 starts for Yakima, with a 3-8 record and a 5.43 ERA. He had a 93/53 K/BB ratio in 71 1/3 innings.

I was thinking he wasn't very impressive and this only validated that opinion.

IMHO, FO should let him go without asking questions. Plane ticket home, maybe.
