In a job where you are expected to perform and have thick skin from the harshest of criticisms, if the technique used to motivate ends up doing the opposite.. then the organization made a mistake and Humphries doesn't belong in the NFL anyways.
We don't need no whiny divas on this team that can't take a little reaming from the coaching staff that is attempting to make them realize their full potential and perform.

Did anyone else notice that every time DJ came to the sidelines that instead of sitting on the bench with his teammates, he went to the golf cart to sit on the cushioned seat right in front of the fan? I guess it's small thing, but it did rub me the wrong way.

He played at Florida, he should be used to the heat. That's a little strange. Because of how high he was recruited out of HS he has gotten by solely on ability up to now. He needs to get in better shape.
