There's something about Josh McDaniels that does not spell head coach, imo. He is an excellent OC, but does he have the personality and the gravitas to motivate an entire football team?

Urban Meyer would be a God awful NFL coach.

Definitely need someone to groom a QB and build a solid OL. Cable would be viable IF they could bring in a young QB whispered with some experience. Possibly one who's let go by another FO. And Palmer coming back would help IF they're committed to upgrading the OL FIRST. May not be able to do both h0wever.
