Champ Bailey has decided to retire after a 15-year NFL career that included 12 Pro Bowl berths, a record for a cornerback. Bailey's agent, Jack Reale, said from Atlanta that Bailey had opportunities to play this season but decided to pursue other opportunities. Bailey spent five years in Washington and 10 in Denver after the Broncos traded running back Clinton Portis to the Redskins for the game's premiere cover cornerback. Bailey, 36, was released by the Broncos after the Super Bowl and he signed with the New Orleans Saints.
