I can’t stand Sirianni. he is still acting like Gannon should be indebted to him for the rest of his life. he is such a pompous ass.

"We'll see how it goes," Sirianni told NFL Media on Sunday. "All I will say about it is [Jonathan] Gannon, [Shane] Steichen and [Kellen] Moore better vote for it. They are in the [head coach] position right now because of that play. So all three, I better have those three votes right there and the Eagles' vote. I at least know we have four."

#Bills HC Sean McDermott says being “proactive” on banning the tush push to prevent injuries, even if the data is not there now, is the best way to proceed: “We’re going to always act in a way that’s best for the health and safety of the players.”

The fact that the debate on banning the tush push was tabled indicates it may be discussed again at the May meetings. And could be pushed forward once more support is gathered

They will take this up at the May meeting. I’m hearing the ban supporters are gaining momentum. If the Players’ Association endorses it, it will likely pass.

Everyone knows how I feel about the stinking eagles, but this is nothing short of a witch-hunt and shows weakness by the owners asking it to be banned. If they ban it fine, (I really don't care one way or the other personally) but all of this plea copping by the dissenters is embarrassing. Where is the data that shows a possible medical issue? They wouldn't be complaining if their own teams ran it as efficiently as the eagles do. I really can't stand Goodell and this league sometimes.

The "tush push play" should be banned. It was no fun watching the Eagles-Commanders Championship game and seeing this constantly used by the Eagles and their QB Hurts. Sorry but IMO this is not football.
The defense should be allowed to push their DL with the LB

Most people dont know it’s currently illegal

If defenses are allowed to do what the offense does, people will get hurt

Right now, the defense is at a disadvatage

I don’t really want it banned, but it would be nice to find a way to punish whomever runs it. Like Lavar Arrington style.

NFL needs to just go back to "it is illegal for any player to help advance the ball carrier"

I always thought it would be interesting to see teams throw in 2 or 3 OL on the defensive side of the ball. Their job is to push back players, just like DL. You just have more OL designed to push the pile back than DL.

For me if I wanted to watch Rugby I would literally watch Rugby. The Tush Push doesn't feel like a Football play to me and I would be fine if the NFL decided to ban it.

that would be hilarious if during the tush push some team rolled out their oline on defense...with maybe the NT in place of the center...then a couple backup guards at linebacker
