Almost every rule from the last twenty years is team specific.
How many times did the refs make a crap call to protect Tom Brady...then in the off season the league makes a rule to justify it.

It used to be illegal for any player to assist the ball carrier to advance. They should go back to that.

The second part I can agree with, but, as much as Brady got favorable calls, I think the rule changes about protecting quarterbacks was league wide, not team specific... for one, Brady had only one severe injury in his entire career, and the most famous call in his career, the "tuck rule" was actually revised to go against the old rule.

There are "superstar" calls, where refs show bias and give big names the benefit of the doubt, you have seen that with Brady, you see that all the time now with Mahomes, but that is different than actually changing the rule.

If it's "unfair" to tush push, then more teams should do it. If only a couple teams are, then I don't think a rule change is warranted.

Are you frail? I played rugby a couple times and it's a blast. If you ain't sore afterwards your doing it wrong
Frail humm 40 years of martial arts that would be no I think. My handle is not an affectation

Try being forced to play on cold, wet November days. Not to mention being roped into house 7s competition when 18.

I hadn't played in years and my previous experience was as a kid with childhood asthma, so not the strongest on the field. At 18 I'd been racing sailing dinghies several times a week and rock climbing so very different. Not being familiar with the rules I clotheslined a guy literally upended him which apparently is not allowed, who knew . If I'd done that a few years prior I would have broken an arm .

It took 6 other people to hold him down to stop him killing me and explain that I had no idea. He was a tad bigger than me

Yeah wonderful memories

Football and Rugby have that in common. Not a legit game unless at least one fight breaks out
