Welcome to Amareca
http://www.usatoday.com/sports/basketball/nba/hornets/2004-09-02-davis-demand_x.htmDavis didn't name a specific team he would like to play for but Ramasar said that his client would be a good fit with teams such as New York, Phoenix, the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami.
Even if the Suns were willing to trade Nash quickly ( that's the only way Baron would be a fit) they would have to wait until Dec15th and Nash would have to be injured or be a big bust for the Suns.
At that time NO will realize that they need to rebuild to have any playoff hopes at all in the future and probably prefer to trade Baron Davis for cap relief anyway.
Funny though his agent mentions 2 teams as fits who have starting PGs at the same or at least similiar level.
This offseason is crazy. So many stars bitching and moaning about demanding trades to teams with great future or present instead of trying to build their own team.
Well in Davis' case understandable. I wouldn't want to play for the Hornets either. It's just a matter of time until they move again. Give them 2 years maximum and they will be out of NO.
