Remember, the game before Player was cut he tried to make one of his pathetic tackle attempts on a punt return. He was a liability in those situations.

Not only did he have a great tackle, but dropping that punt on the one yard line was a thing of beauty. So far so good, for Mr. Barr.

I also think the poor attempt against the Texans is what got Player cut. It is not the first time he made a poor attempt to tackle. That play by Barr may have been game saving. Also nice to see the ball getting downed inside the twenty. I thought Player kicked to many in the endzone and did not direction kick enough.
