Lindley played a good game for his experience and skill set.
No one can say the man is over paid or over drafted.

Night and day with whiz and BA. Whiz was blame no one and we learned a lot once again on how to loose over and over.

At least with BA he tells it like it is. You can tell the differences on his swagger from week 6 to week 12.

Cardinals have hit some hard times and the luck well is about empty.

For next Saturday's early match up in Carolina how the heck is he going to trot out Lindley and expect to advance?

What flipping option do we have? Man some of you think this is a Madden game. Just drop one, pick up another, and all is well.

Brown dropping that big 3rd down pass was the game breaker IMO. Had he caught that, we might have worked it into a FG. Instead it became a punt.

No actually is was the 2nd interception which led to SF's march down the field to the game winning TD.

He is just blatantly lying at this point. Still saying Lindley played exceptional vs Seattle and great today. Veterans must be rolling their eyes.

You might simply wish to change your Board Name to Hater. That seems to be a better fit for this post.

And it was..........?

How about evaluating what you have behind Palmer and realizing you didn't really have a Plan B? What about signing a Vet as soon as he went down?

That was a pretty light version of hate compared to what I've seen around here.

Regardless...

I'm getting a little sick of hearing Arians get crucified over the QB situation as if these injuries are some dastardly plan to ruin an otherwise stellar season.

The team had a Plan A and Plan B in place, both of whom went down with season-ending injuries. It is very rare that that happens and the team still gets in the playoffs.

Typically, when you're down to QB3 and QB4, there are few, if any, right decisions that can be made. A veteran free agent would not make a difference, unless a guy like Peyton were somehow available.

I think after going 11-5 with the cards he was dealt, Arians can say whatever he damn well pleases in public. I'd believe him if he told me the sky is red.

Plan B was Stanton and that was a very good plan b. Plan c is what you are complaining about and that is silly, imo.

Criticizing Arian's coaching job and being annoyed by some dumb comments are two completely different things. There isn't another coach in the league who wins 11 games with the Cards we were dealt. As for other QB options which should've been explored that really has little to do BA. Maybe Keim overestimated Lindley's familiarity with the playbook thinking it would translate to Sundays. Even though any competent defense can adjust to Ryan Lindley after a half of football it is still impressive that the coaching staff can put him in a position to look like an NFL quarterback for 3 drives.

I'm proud of both Whiz and Arians for what they've been able to do for this franchise. You guys act like we're the fugging Steelers or Packers or some other glamor winning franchise.

He's been saying things like this all year and the team has given it everything they have every week. If anything I would say the way that he talks to the media has only added to his players being behind him and not the other way around.

Not even close and I have said BA can spread the manure with the best of them.

Coach Whisenhunt was far more annoying because he kept the same mantra going through epic losing streaks. It wasn't BS as much as it was stubborn stupidity IMO.

BA just says silly things and acts like he really believes it. Mostly, I think, to fire up and protect his players. The previous coach? Looked for the bus to throw players under. That's the BIG difference to me.

But, kudos to Coach Whisenhunt for the Super Bowl run. That was the Cardinals' finest hour.

Ditto. No offense to the Steeler haters but we have benefited much from that attitude some of the players and coaches who ended up here brought with them. Before the Cards got here they were my team so maybe I am a little biased.

However, they clearly changed the culture around here similar to what they have in their city and it's only elevated this franchise IMO.
