If this is indeed alcohol related, you might see lawsuits come flying in left and right, mostly against stadium staff because there are people who feel that others should be more responsible than others. If the guy was visibly drunk and he was still sold alcohol, then yeah, there is some liability but if he came in wasted and had a buddy buy his beer for him, then no, he is the one responsible. But who's to say? What the underlying problem is that the irresponsible cause the responsible to suffer. In the end, they're going to put up high glass which may obstruct view.
