After he has 1 good game there will be a thread asking whether we should bring him in.The only difference is i think we should give him a look.

Jeff George had , or maybe still has one of the best arms in the NFL, ever. Can't belive Porky didn't bring him in .

He had an absolute "gun". I used to love watching him throw the ball.

It was said that he was having shoulder problems about the tim he was in Washington. Who knows if he has anything left.

In his defense, whenever he had weapons (Atlanta, Oakland, and Minnesota). , the guy put up good numbers (a prerequisite for any QB's success).

While I like George, I think that any team that brings him in now, is doing so a few years too late. But, having watched the QB play in AZ, and the Bears the other day, George would be a serious upgrade, even if his arm is a shadow of it's former self. IMO.

If George can hit 50% of his throws, he is an upgrade in Chicago - talk about cursed teams.
