Time for baseball season.
Anyone tried this? It's a free fantasy type game on MLB.com, basically you choose one player each day that you think will get a hit, and if he does your streak continues and if he doesn't get a hit, your streak ends. The idea is to try to get a 57 game hit streak and you win like 100 grand or something... I don't expect to even get close to that but it's still fun to play. I think if no one reaches 57 the best streak at the end of the year will receive 4 tickets to the 08 ASG at Yankee Stadium or something... Not totally sure about the prizes but like I said I'm not really in it for that it's just fun to play.
Anyways, I can't get anything going this year so far. My best streak was 5 which got broken yesterday. Last year I didn't know about it until like June or July when my friend told me about it, and my very first time I put together a 22 game streak. It ended up getting broken but it seemed like it was going to go on forever. It's pretty fun and I'd recommend it to any fantasy players out there. It's pretty fun.
