The Cardinals will play 4, FOUR, Quatro games on national TV this season not counting any playoff games. Wow, we have officially made it. It's not only a measure of respect but it also shows that the networks see the Cardinals as a draw! Pretty cool stuff man! If we can win these next two games we will be on fire nationally. Proud to be a Cardinals fan!

Ambivalent about this move... Excited to see us get recognition for another primetime game, but then we usually fall flat for these games... Am I imagining this? Can someone look up our record for PT games in the last 4-5 years?

The key is the PAST This isn't the same ol Cardinals.

I actually think THIS team plays better on NatV games. There are a lot of egos on this defense and they definitely bring it harder under the bright lights.

Ha. I just heard a guy on The Drive say this is the first time this has happened in the history of Sunday Night football - except for one time it happened for Philly with a bye week inbetween the two games.

No. It has happened 6 other times.

Arizona will become the seventh team to appear on Sunday Night Football in consecutive weeks since the program began in 2006, joining New England in 2007, Washington in 2007, the New York Giants in 2008, San Francisco in 2012, Denver in 2013 and Philadelphia in 2013.

I like it bc they are big games with more pressure. The more we get, the more practice we have in these scenarios, the less likely we are blinded by the lights of the big stage in future such scenarios (like playoffs). Think the Pats think twice about such games? I don't think so.

This is....BIG!

It's proof positive that we're being noticed. I think there's a variety of reasons for this but I'll name just two. 1./ We're FUN to watch! 2./ B.A.'s personality. He's so non-NFL establishment. Old school and yet extremely, funny...and a heckuv' good coach.

Mark :)
