Cardinals should send a conditional 5th to take a look at him. If Cincy is asking for more, Cardinals should say no.

Thoughts?

My guess is that Ross ends up in Tampa Bay.
He would be a replacement for Desean Jackson.

Why do you think he is any better than JJ Nelson? He's fast too. The fact they are giving up on him this fast tells me he is useless, therefor trading for him would be a mistake.

I’m OK with it if you want to trade one of our compensatory seventh rounder’s LOL

If we were running a traditional offense - pass
If we were running BA's system - yes
Now that we are running an air raid type system - yes

It's a gamble due to lack of production and injuries but...

If you can get a 2017 #9 overall pick at a position of need with a low base salary (2m and 2.8m/year) and the comp is low (~5th rd)...why not?

I would like to know why the Bengals are giving up on him. Is it his route running or his hands or what.

Supposedly he had one of the lowest catch percentages in the NFL last year, 21 catches on 58 targets and is about useless on 50-50 balls. I don't watch the Bengals so I can't say if it is effort, concentration or just bad hands.

He's probably worth a late round flyer. Either that or Tavon Austin is a Free Agent that will be very cheap. Maybe he could be useful in KK's offense. Stick it to the Rams if so!

He doesn't need to be a deep threat...he can be that #4 receiver that just catches 3 yard crossing patterns, hits the Jets and goes ..

This and somehow John Ross has 7 TDs in redzone last year.

For a 5th, getting a guy that had 7 tds last year, for $2 million this year and $2.8 in 2020 and control in 2021 if he pans out, I'd do it.

Yeah, I agree, if they will take a late round pick, why not? We've got picks to spare.

I'd do it on the cheap, like some others have mentioned, but I'm not jumping up and down over it.

Still want WR to be a priority in the draft. I want someone to grow with Rosen.

Yeah, but I'm not sold on Kirk as the X/Y we're going to desperately need at the position. He should be the heir apparent to Fitz's current position. Doesn't mean he can't be dynamic, I just want a true outside guy that's young.

Depending on the cost I’m down. If Ross was in this draft he’d be a 1st round prospect same as 2017. Kids blazing fast but can’t stay on the field and when he does he doesn’t do much.

i would change him with nkemdiche, 2 former first round picks talented but with durability questions
