I guess I never had one without...even the Chocolate Frosted had the glaze on it.

BTW....Lamar's received a 28 out 30 from Zagat. Another good donut is Tim Horton's....good soup, too.

you sure about that? I thought when I went there on a field trip with my daughter they said all of them get the glaze, then whatever else on top of that. It's all part of the automated process; I don't think it's avoidable.

Definitely going to have to research this.

If their cake donut receives a glaze and is still that dry, I'd be shocked.

Fresh homemade donuts are the best. No question.

KK donuts have too much sugar in the dough. When you can still taste undisolved sugar crystals in the dough that is too much.

Mmmm, churros. Hey, we had a seriously awesome breakfast the other day. A poached egg in a sopa (the corn boat thing) with a green tomatillo/cilantro sauce and chorizo on top. Awesome!!
