The Eagles suffered massive losses in free agency. Still, they rebounded to make several key signings, including A.J. Dillon (RB), Joshua Uche (LB), Adoree' Jackson (CB), Charley Hughlett (LS), Patrick Johnson (LB), and Avery Williams (KR/PR).
The first wave of free agency saw Josh Sweat (Cardinals), Milton Williams (Patriots), Kenneth Gainwell (Steelers), Mekhi Becton (Chargers), and Oren Burks (Bengals) all depart.
Philadelphia still has a championship window with this core group and 23+ draft picks over the next two years. The Eagles don't need a game-changer in phase two of free agency, but players can still have a Zack Baun-like impact in 2025.
With the next wave of free agency beginning, we're looking at the best available targets.
The Eagles traded for Kenyon Green, but with Jeff Stout as the primary coach, there can never be enough young talent on the offensive line.
Another potential addition for depth, the veteran offensive guard had a pass block win rate of 93.8% last year, which ranked 14th among guards, according to ESPN.
If the Eagles trade Bryce Huff, they could look to add a short-term rusher on a short-term deal. In 11 games last season, he had six sacks and 16 QB pressures.
A talented veteran on a potentially cheap deal, Campbell has at least five sacks in each of the past three seasons,
Last season, with the Browns and Lions, Smith had nine sacks and 38 pressures.
Just two years ago, Judon had a 15.5 sack season but only had 5.5 sacks in 2024.
Speed had 93 tackles and seven tackles for loss last season and offers an athletic linebacker that can add depth to the position.
Wills could be in line for a position switch like Mekhi Becton, and he's still a solid pass blocker who has a career pass block win rate of 92.0%
Simmons signed with Atlanta last offseason following eight years in Denver. Last season, Simmons recorded two interceptions, seven passes defended, and 62 total tackles in 16 games played in 2024, with his PFF grade ranking 113th out of 170 safeties.
Blackmon had three interceptions in 2024 and seven over the past two seasons.
A former Eagles linebacker familiar with the culture, White started all 17 games in his second season with the Arizona Cardinals, making 137 total tackles, one interception, 2.5 sacks, nine tackles for loss, and eight QB hits.
