I do not like Michael due to how he treats players and staff and want him to sell yesterday, but he has done a much better job than his father, there is no debate there.

Exactly. Phoenix and the surrounding cities are all one and the same.
I have a ton of friends from college that live in “Phoenix” but none of them actually live in phoenix.

I think it’s a great spot but downtown would have helped a lot.

Glendale has done an amazing job of building up that area.
