It's still way too early to write our top 13 prospects into cement, but what you could say is:

"At #13, we are guaranteed we'll get one of the following players:

Luck QB
DeCastro OG
Kalil OT
RG III QB
Ingram DE/OLB
Clairborne CB
Reiff OT
Upshaw DE/OLB
Wright WR
Martin OT
J Jenkins CB
Konz OG
Dennard CB

Plus (should they leapfrog into the top 13, additional guys like Fleener, Richardson, Blackmon, Floyd, Jeffrey, Kirkpatrick, Coples, Mercilious, Perry, Kuechly, Bentley and one or two NT's we haven't yet heard of.

All of which should make us comfortable in knowing that (1) we're golden if we stay at #13 or (2) we might possibly want to trade down if there are 5 or 6 remaining highly-rated BPA's on our Board at #13.

A couple of random thoughts:

- I think first-step explosion, speed and low trajectory is the modern-day way you can best get to the QB - thus I like shorter guys like Ingram and Upshaw more than I do the protoypical Coples (who may lack explosion and low COG).

- I want my corners to be aggressive (too much cushion = too many 3rd down conversions by your opponents). I like what I've seen so far from Dennard and Bentley (need more footage on Clairborne and Kirkpatrick). Cardinal corners appear to be up to the task, but still play a bit soft too often. Question has to be: Do Horton and Cioffi feel PP21, Jefferson and Toler can do it? Or would they rather look to the draft for better cover guys?
