Longcolts, there is a true story in that post but I won't go into it. I'm a little worried that he knows more than it seems and the incoherent posts just disguise it. I think he's just having fun and I'm ok with that. (easy to ignore, you know what you're getting into) I certainly understand if someone doesn't want to go to the effort of translating the language he usually uses, or disagrees with the opinions, but there is a nugget of truth in there.

I'll buy what you're selling Dan, because of all the many that I have seen post on both forums you are one of the true straight shooters, but there are many that don't see it that way. If Thesmel keeps on with this she's gonna get banned from here just like the Official board and that makes absolutely no sense to me.

I have no intentions to cause stress but I do, I guess. I just write too quick about topics off the top of my head, with other Cards Fans. If I wanted to stress out with structure and format, I would get paid for it.

This is a healthy hobby about something I care about out side of my normal limits. Big Red Rage, is much better than Big Red don't you dare RAGE!

I'm glad Beanie hopes to play, AW is leading the BRR with class, integrity and dignity. I'm glad we have the freedom to do so, even if it hurts!

Longcolts----there is an old story about Grimm liking chili-dogs, and having comsumed some on a game day, barfed on the field, then picked up a chunk of dog, dusted it off and ate it again. I believe that is what Thesmel is referring to in that post. I too thank you for your service.

Not Chili Dogs that I remember. but it was posted this offseason about his HOF acceptance, that after a hard night drinking, he barfed a whole hot dog, picked it up off the field ,a ball boy freaked and said Mr Grimm you can't do that. Grimm said I can't waste a good dog and ate it again.

Machines have you seen the fox commercials? I just mean they have to protect hemselves from the fans as media targets more than yesteryear. some are marketable brands like Peyton Manning, Some are destroyed unfairly like Matt Leinart by ESPN MNF? who does the choosing? fans?

autographs are seized and plundered, agents clean up at 1% then spit em out like Reggie Bush or as soon as their permantly disabled. play hurt or face the verdict of public opinion, To lie or not to lie about concussion? To Be or not be an NFL Player?

80% are broke with in 5 years of leaving the NFL, no matter how much they made playing! but the teams and the NFL remains a brand name protected and copyrighted. It works it really does, but it is one of the most cut throat businesses legal or not. see the final 53 cuts with little to no good alternatives.

Do you have any hope the CBA will read all players will be treated equal regardless of pay. Do you think the players association will survive the owners strike, the Owners started at 41%.

they are not always treated like human beings they ae treated like numbers and trash to tbe tossed to the side for many reasons, do you really think Favre is going to finish this season in the 3 or 4 pieces his now? He's a HOFFER for sure, he takes medicine everyday for that honor.

It's by choice, but its brutal for a buck.
