What a win! Keep bashing Hinch, you stuck-in-the-mud traditionalists. He manages agressively and knows all our young players better than any manager you would have chosen.

We are playing for next year anyway, so jump on board and open your eyes.

He could of had Max pinch hit.

That doesn't solve the issue. He still would have had to make a pitching change.

I was referring to bullpen options.

I agree. I don't understand all the binder bashing people who knock Hinch for his use of his book/binder. I think he is innovative and I think the binder shows that he is prepared and analytical. I don't think that having his binder makes him closed minded, it simply allows him to evaluate matchups historically and gives him a chance to weigh his options.

I'm glad I'm reading this after the fact. I was close to a mental breakdown. Nice second game by the bullpen!

Didn't Showalter have a big book that sat on a podium by the stairs??

Just what moves do you think they can make right now? This teams reminds me of the 110 lost game team. No enthusiasim, no bullpen, fair starting pitching and hardly any offense.

Also to think in 2007 we had onwe of the better bullpens and now look what we have.

I don't know if I should be furious or happy with our bullpen regarding last nights disastrous gem...

Since the managerial change, the offense has picked up and a lot of players are playing hard with enthusiasm. Many problems remain.
