One thing which Todd Bowles (and Arians also) did so well last season was in-game and half-time adjustments. I think that was a key to many of last years wins.Defense? It is due to a young DC which seems to make no adjustments at halftime in my opinion
This season it doesn't seem to be happening. Against Pittsburgh the defense was set up to defend against Michael Vick; the way to defend Vick is to contain him, stop the run, and let Vick throw. When Landry Jones came into the game, the defense did not alter this scheme significantly, which as we witnessed was a huge mistake.
