No he said he played at 366 last year and turned up at 366.
IIRC Fridge Perry capped out at 345 when he was playing...considering the "Bigger, stronger, faster" trend amongst pro football players I would not be against giving Sweat a shot...just not in the first... But I would draft him, then hook him up with a trainer and tell him I want him at a play weight of 345...he likely wont hit it, but all the work he does to trim weight will make him leaner and improve his quickness.
the benefit to sweat is that he is a run stuffer who can also collapse the pocket... you lose that benefit if he is too gassed to stay on the field for third downs
