If the Chargers are willing to pay him a boatload knowing he will only be there 2 years (he's really old) then yes I could see it happening. If they can figure out a way to run it back with their current roster, yes I could see Bowers..because he's an obvious need.

If however they have to dump guys like Allen or Mack or Bosa...then they will pick someone at a more expensive position.

That said - I think he will wind up at one of those 2 destinations. I think he chooses Vegas. He can live in a mansion in Henderson with a 5-minute commute to work, and avoid all the SoCal chaos. Working for Mark Davis probably no picnic but Chargers ownership even worse. Yeah they have their franchise QB but he can draft and groom his own in Vegas. He'd be a damn hero. In LA, nobody will give 2 sh1ts about the Chargers, ever.

Does Harbaugh want full GM control, too? If not, I wouldn't rule out the Patriots taking a shot to get him. If/when they move on from BB, they want to install a traditional GM and take back a little more control of the team.
