is only 3 weeks away.
Ya know, in years past, when the writing was on the wall, I'd usually feel sorry for all of the coaches because they put forth their best effort and it just didn't workout. This year, that's not the case...I will feel relieved when this staff us relieved.

gotta fire Wilks and Keim. No way in hell do I give that drunk the keys to the car with a buttload of cap space, a new coach to hire and possibly the first pick in the draft. Learn the ******* lesson that killed the Suns. If Keim is on the hot seat, you don't let a hot seat GM take a CRUCIAL off-season's worth of MAJOR moves because if he's as disastrous next year as he is this year, you can write off Rosen's development, probably force us to get ANOTHER coach with another GM and put this team in disaster zone for the next 5 years.

Keim has been screwing the pooch for three years now. He's won ONE playoff game in 6 seasons and only went to the playoffs TWICE in six years. That isn't good if you consider yourself a legit NFL franchise. Throw one of the worst off-seasons in human history in the mix this year and you just can't let that fat drunk make major decisions that will impact the next five years. You just can't.

I felt bad for Denny Green and others. This time, I have no love left for the head coach

I have heard Keim is above average as GM.

A post I can get behind, just not sure Mike is with us.

Imagine the board meltdown if Bidwill keeps both. I can live with Keim staying, although I think we need an upgrade there too but if this organization keeps Wilks it will be criminal.

Someone who doesn't have two DUIs on his record, one of them an extreme DUI right before training camp. We can start from there and move forward.

Also, someone who wouldn't even think of giving McCoy a job mere months after he was fired 6 games into his previous OC job.

I think it’s clear that Wilks can be replaced and you couldn’t fine someone qualified who wouldn’t at least be as bad.

I think you could hire worse general managers. I’ve disagreed with a lot of Keim’s moves, but the theory behind them was always clear, and many have worked out.

People are saying the same things now about Keim that were said about Arians last year. That transition didn’t work out well.

And why exactly didn't that transition didn't work well? Oh yeah... because the GM decided to pick the worst coach possible and allow him to put together the worst staff I've ever seen.

The "you could do worse" theory of hiring or firing people in your organization is loser's mentality. As is comparing Keim's success to previous Cardinals success. The bar should NEVER be "How do we shape up against one of the previously worst franchises in all of sports?"

I don’t think that Keim chose Wilks. If you start from that premise, are you as confident that you land at the guy who helped build the teams what made the playoffs twice and went to the NFC Championship game once isn’t better than replacement level?
