I thought it was lame. There are some funny parts that made me laugh but IMO it's not one of his better movies.

You must be one of those that actually found humor in Anchorman then. :barf:

I thought Blades was funnier than Ricky Bobby but not nearly as funny as Anchorman.

Im still laughing just thinking about this movie today.

Id be excited about this, but you bashed Anchorman. How dare you!

Anchorman was full of behind the scenes wit. Like the rubicks cube on his desk... with only 4 squares per side... and it was UNSOLVED! Amazing. Talladega Nights. Eh. Im excited to see Blades though.

Loved it. But then again, I actually got what they were doing.
I'm assuming you were one of those who liked Chuck and Larry?

Blades was alot more better than Anchorman.. But, it was very disturbing as well.. Very disturbing.. In a funny way though.. I will never think of Napolean the same again..

The ending was corny though.. Shooting off into outter space? Cmon on man

I recently watched this. Really funny, but I doubt I'll ever watch it again, unlike anchorman which I can watch over and over.

The writers claim that "88.773% of Will Ferrell's dialogue is improvised or changed in some way to suit his persona."

He is so flippin funny it's ridiculous.

Blades of Glory elicited a few chuckles but never ONCE did I out loud belly laugh. Anchorman was full of such moments.

Anchorman is one of the funniest movies of the last ten years. Easily.

Maybe Shane should quit sayin' things when they crop up in the ol' skull, huh?

And i'm tired of him asking for me and him to get an apartment together.

I'm going yogging, talk to you later.

I take everything Shane says with a several grains of salt. This is a guy who likes well done steaks with A1. What a maroon.

MESA! :thud:
:p

I must have been in a REALLY bad mood that day. Haven't seen Zoolander--loved Anchorman. I will be watching this at some point (given how often I watch movies, it will probably be in a couple of years, but I'll see it eventually)
Wow...do I know myself, or what??? Almost 2 years later, I finally watched it.

Yeah, so...that's 93 minutes I won't get back. Like blindseyed said, there were a few chuckle moments, but that was about it. I didn't find it overly funny.

Anchorman is SO much funnier. Anchorman is pee your pants funny...and dcr hasn't seen it yet.

We tried to watch it after the Eagles game & we both fell asleep. WAY too tired.
