Is Heavy Metal dead? It may be not as "potent" as it once was, however, Seattle's based "punk metal" band the Blood Brothers want to stake their claim in reviving metal.....
The Blood Brothers have been around since the late 90s, but are starting to create a heavy fervor with their latest release "Crimes".....I certainly mean HEAVY... This band features the dynamic vocal stylings of Jordan Billie and Johnny Whitney and lord can Billie's voice "shriek" with the best of them... He's just a "freak of nature" with his vocal assault in each and every song.....Just to add...Whitney is the perfect counter balance to Billie's vocals... Complements them well with his far-ranging scope he covers himself..
They've been compared to the likes of AFI, Sick of It All, and At the Drive-In.. Just an amazing blend of punk, indie-music, and metal....
If you've havent heard of them before, here is their official website...
So with bands like the Blood Brothers, Metal still has a pulse....
