He should have scored that touchdown and then 2 plays later Warner is hurt.
Game over.
What an idiot.

Football is a game of emotion & momentum. If he makes that catch, the outcome of this game would have been different. When Warner went down, this team DIED. Anyone questioning Warner's leadership impact on this team shouldn't. Boldin gets my GOAT of the game.KingofCards said:He should have scored that touchdown and then 2 plays later Warner is hurt.

I am stilled pissed he fell down on that play. He looked like he was in a special olympics contest.
Yeah, me too. At first glance, it seemed strange that he couldn't get 2 feet in because he was about 3 yards away from the sideline when he made the catch, then in replay you could very clearly see that he had two feet in easily--it was his third step that was out.Russ Smith said:I can't get over the one hand catch by Boldin where green inexplicably didn't challenge the call?

I wonder if Green hastily called a TO, and when word came down from the coaches box that it should be challenged he skipped it because he'd already spent one TO and didn't want to 'gamble' another?
Russ Smith said:It was complete idiocy. ON radio they instantly said challenge that, during the delay they assumed we had and then they said no we called TO I guess to review the play. It's pointless, if you're going to take a TO why not just throw the challenge flag instead. You get a break while they review it, and if you're wrong, you lose the TO anyways.
That's the stuff I completely didn't expect from Dennis Green but it's 2 years now of watching him appear like he's still working at ESPN and forgetting the things an NFL coach has to know. When to spike the ball, when to challenge a play, why you need to conserve TO's etc. We still can't get plays in on time, we're just a poorly coached team again and I just didn't expect that in year 2 of his regime.

Tony W said:To say that boldin sucked this game is a little....no a lot of exaggeration. THis guys gives it 110% every Sunday. So he mis judged the ball, at least he's catching the thing! Russ Smith said:Take it for what it's worth and some of the Texas fans can correct me but I recall reading a few years ago that opposing players stole snap counts when they played Texas and part of the reason was that Texas had so many problems with false starts by Big and Mike Williams, that they just started going on one snap count to make it easier on them. AGain I have no idea if it was true or not it's been several years since Big was there but I remember reading at the time a comment that said something about Texas has so much talent and such a huge OL but they're so poorly coached they are using one snap count to reduce false starts.
Maybe they should check Big's hearing?

For this team to be competitive, we'd have to have:
1. No serious injuries (see J.R. Redmond, Oliver Ross and Step, James Darling, Gerald Hayes, James Hodgins, etc.)
2. Not have numerous stupid penalties (false starts) every game
3. Have decent special teams and not celebrate signing 3-time cuts like Reggie Swinton.
4. Have good coaching.
5. Get some breaks.
So far none of the above have happened.

Denny was right to not challenge that call, there DEFINITELY was not conclusive evidence to overturn the call on the field.
